Irvine High Blood Drive on November 21st. Parents and students are encouraged to donate that day at Irvine High School. Students must complete this parental consent form
Please pick up a donation and parent consent forms packet by clicking on this link, by going to the downstairs office bins, or from your TA beginning November 4th. To donate you must be 17 years and older, weigh at least 110 lbs, tattoos must be at least 3 months old done at a licensed facility and participate in no physical activity for 12 hours after your donation.
