Irvine High School Cheer
Irvine High School sponsors both Sideline Cheerleading and Competition Cheerleading. Sideline cheerleading is a yearlong commitment. The squad promotes school spirit and cheers on our football and basketball teams. Sideline cheerleading tryouts take place every year in April.
Competition cheerleading takes place during the winter season. The team competes in a 2 minute and 30 second routine against other schools in Southern California. Tryouts for our competition squad are open to all IHS students and take place in September.
