Project Success is a support program through the Irvine Unified School District's Intervention and Prevention department. Our goal is to "encourage the development of resiliency skills in young adults" by offering individual or small group sessions, "to address typical teen wellness concerns" over a 6–8-week time frame.
What are "typical" teen wellness concerns?
"Typical" teen wellness concerns are reasons why a student may be referred to the Project Success program and include, but are not limited to:

Who can sign up for project success?
All Irvine High School students are eligible for their school's Project Success program once an approved referral from either a parent, teacher, administrator, counselor, support staff or school psychologist is made. In fact, students may even refer themselves for the program, so long as they have parent approval.

Depending on the reason for referral, students will participate in various activities week to week that coincide with building the skills needed to improve the targeted wellness concern.
