Naviance

Naviance Student is a comprehensive website that students use to make plans about colleges and careers. It allows students to:

  • Get involved in the planning and advising process- Build a resume, complete online surveys, and manage timelines and deadlines for making decisions about colleges and careers
  • Research colleges- Compare GPA and standardized test scores
  • Research careers- Research hundreds of careers and career clusters, and take career assessments
  • Create plans for the future- Create goals and to-do's, and complete tasks assigned by the school to better prepare your student for future college and career goals

All students have access to personalized accounts on Naviance Student from either IHS computers or their personal computers. 

Student Login Information

  • You must be logged into your IUSD account on your device.
  • Once you have completed that step, you are able to use the "Continue with Single Sign On" button to access your Naviance account.

Career Cluster Finder

A career interest survey. Use the results to explore suggested career clusters. The information is useful when exploring possible college majors. 

How to access:

Roadtrip Nation

Explore interviews from people with interests similar to you and how they found their career path.

How to access:

  • Click the "Careers" tab

Resume Builder

Build and continue to update your resume that documents your work, education, skills, experiences, awards, achievements, etc.

How to access:

  • Click the "About Me" tab
  • Click "My Stuff"
  • Click "Resume"

Explore interviews from people with interests similar to you and how they found their career path.

How to access:

College SuperMatch

Set search criteria to yield a list of colleges to explore. Research individual college profiles to learn more about financial aid, majors and degrees, and
campus life.

How to access:

Colleges I’m Thinking About

Utilize this tool to create a list of colleges you may be interested in and compare several colleges.

Letter of Recommendation Survey

Only for students who are requesting a counselor letter of recommendation. The completion of this survey is mandatory if you are applying to a college that requires a letter of recommendation.

Senior Exit Survey
